The questionnaires are where this whole personal crossword puzzle begins. With the answers you provide, I create the puzzle. Answer as much or as little as you would like, however, the more you provide, the more comprehensive and personal it will be. I have tried to cover a lot of ground in the questions, but if I left something out, there is a spot at the end to include anything else you think would be fun in the puzzle.

Please limit the number of answers to no more than 75. I have found that makes for a nice sized puzzle.

Remember that the answers you provide are for the person, couple, or group receiving the puzzle NOT yourself.
Have fun with your answers knowing the recipient(s) will have just as much fun completing it!
